.	Last boat finishes Audi Sydney Southport; Salona reaches port Final results for all six divisions are now confirmed and today, Tuesday 27 March, at 11am at Southport Yacht Club, trophies will be awarded a day ahead of schedule at the official prizegiving.

.	Salona motoring to Southport now Pan-Pan resolved A vessel from Volunteer Marine Rescue (VMR) Brunswick Heads went and stood by them while they drifted south of Cape Byron.

Fairy tale finish for newly crowned Blue Water Champions
Late this morning the crew of the modified Farr 40 were still ‘debriefing’ following their 2.35am finish and they joked that rather than celebrating in the traditional style this afternoon, they thought a trip to church to “thank the Lord” might be in order.

.	Margaret Rintoul II’s submarine ride to Southport Margaret Rintoul II really showed her mettle during the tough 36 hour window from the time the front slammed the fleet to the finish.

Horwath BRI is currently running fourth in the CYCA’s 2006/7 Blue Water Pointscore, making it one of the leading contenders, and is leading the Tasman Performance Series heading into the final race, the Audi Sydney Southport. The boat has an excellent offshore record, winning the Sydney 38 division in the 2005 Sydney Mooloolaba and third in the Sydney 38 division last year.
